What is The Breath Code?

The Breath Code is a new way to tackle mental health challenges in high pressure workplaces.

Our sessions are built to help you manage stress, stay steady under pressure, and show up as your best—whether you’re on the tools or behind a desk. By combining simple breathwork techniques with immersive sound, we give you practical tools to sharpen your focus, process emotions, and feel more in control, both at work and at home.

It’s straightforward, it works, and it’s built for real people facing real challenges.

Meet Bryce Maher

Bryce Maher is a leading voice in mental health and resilience for the construction and mining industries. With 17 years of on-site experience and over 11 years of personal breathwork practice, Bryce understands the challenges workers face.
After witnessing too many mates and colleagues struggle with mental health and suicide, Bryce knew something had to change. Having faced his own struggles with life’s challenges and harmful habits, he found breathwork. A practice that helped him take back his life without needing to talk.

Recognising how hard it is for many in these industries to open up, Bryce set out to bring a new approach to mental health—practical, science-backed, and designed for the people who need it most. What started as casual sessions with a few mates turned into monthly men’s groups and, eventually, public workshops.

Since founding The Breath Code, Bryce has led over 2,000 participants through workshops designed to help them take control of their mental health and well-being.
Today, The Breath Code is a movement making real change in workplaces by giving workers the tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and show up as their best, on-site and at home.
Statistic:

Poor mental health costs Australian businesses over $10 billion annually in lost productivity and absenteeism.
